Scrambling to St Pancras...

We arrived into Paddington, and then scrambled across the city to St Pancras International - the next stop on our journey! 

After trundling along the Hammersmith and City line, our first time properly carrying the full weight of our backpacks, we made it to the gateway to the continent. Backs aching, we bludgeoned other travellers with our backs in the cramped aisles of M&S while grabbing our lunch.

Checked in (and stamped in!) we managed a quick game of cards before we rose up the escalator onto the platform.

And, 4 hours after leaving home, we were off - speeding out of the country, our next stop Paris!
